Rise Rooted is a 3-month intimate Christ-centered embodiment journey, designed to support you in becoming a sacred vessel through which God’s presence flows.

This journey blends ancestral healing, spiritual alignment, nervous system regulation, and embodiment practices—creating space for healing, rising, and anchoring God’s gifts into your daily life, without overwhelm or dissociation.

2 Private 1:1 Healing Sessions (90 minutes each)

• Scheduled individually with Jen

1 Live Celebration & Integration Ceremony (45 minutes)

• April 25 at 10:00 AM PT
• A sacred gathering to anchor transformation, celebrate fruit, and receive final blessings

Session 1: February 14 — Rooting the Vessel: Opening the Sacred Container & Grounded Presence

Establishing safety, somatic grounding, sacred structure and group field attuning.

Session 2: February 28 — Ancestral Clearing & Lineage Repair: Purifying the Vessel & Receiving Ancestral Blessings.  Releasing inherited burdens, honoring wise ancestors, and welcoming gifts.

Session 3: March 14 — Rising while Staying Grounded: Activating Spiritual Authority & Regulating the Vessel without disassociation. Elevating vibration while anchoring through nervous system practices.

Session 4: March 28 — Embodying Gifts & Authority: Filling & Claiming the Vessel in Spiritual Authority

Somatic integration of higher gifts into the body and daily life.  Stewardship, humility, and responsibility

Session 5: April 11 — Living the transformation: Anchoring the Vessel for Embodied Forward Movement

Consolidating healing, cultivating lasting presence, and visioning ahead.​

Bonus Celebration & Completion Ceremony: April 25 (45 minutes) — The Radiant Vessel: Anchoring the Rise & Radiating the Path.  Final transmissions, testimonials, gratitude, and empowered sending.​
